Storage Policy

Documentation is required to rent a storage unit, you must have one of the following forms of identification; state issued identification card, driver’s license, or military ID.

A lease contract will be completed and signed by Occupant. The lease shall be month to month, subject to a one month minimum. A prorated amount is figured in on move in date and full rent amount will be payable on the first day of each month thereafter during the term of the lease. There will not be a refund for early termination of lease.

Payment Terms:

We offer the convenience of Auto Payment, which will automatically charge your credit card. We accept, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express. You can also pay with cash, check or credit card at our office, or mail, also accept credit card payment through our website secure online payment center.

Personal information:

Personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
